After 10 days, I did e-mail to check, and received an immediate answer from Aamir Khan from his own computer, confirming the date of dispatch, which was excellent service, and a great relief.
The keyboard arrived two or three days later, and your intelligent use of my somewhat weird delivery address enabled the Royal Mail to find me easily, and saved them a lot of trouble.
Apart from the lack of acknowledgment (which could be because of the pandemic .... I hope that is not normal), I was happy with the service. Aamir Khan saved the day!
